Can I spread my image across multiple canvases of different sizes?

Certainly! if the photo size permits, you can choose and make your own layout in as many frames as you wish.

Can I order a smaller or bigger size than those available on the website?

What file formats do you work with?

We can work well with PNG, JPEG, BMP and TIF formats. An image must be equivalent to 20 MB or less. If your image file exceeds 20 MB, simply convert it to RGB format in 8-bit mode and then save it as a JPEG file at the maximum quality level. If you are unable to do that, contact us for further instructions and help.

What is a canvas print?

A canvas print is image printed with eco friendly UV inks on large format inkjet printers onto our high-quality archival canvas material. This master piece is called canvas print. The canvas print  is then stretched, also known as gallery-wrapped, around an internal wooden frame is called canvas frame. It can be used as show piece in your living, dinning and bedrooms. Hotels and corporates also use it in gallery or rooms or in conference rooms.

What are wall displays?

Wall displays are specially constituted group of canvases that you can order for a special price. They are generally meant to cover the whole wall or an area of the room. You can order multiple images on multiple canvas grouping. When you select Wall Displays you have to then select between the different configurations of canvas.

What is the Canvas Material that you use?

100% cotton canvas.

What kind of laminate/protection do you add to the canvas?

Every canvas we create is treated with an ultra-protective UV-matte laminate. This means your print will never crack, flake, fade, or bubble. Guaranteed for life.

How much does a canvas print cost?

The cost varies depending on the size, edge, and frame you choose but canvas prints start at $54.00 USD for a 8″×10″ with a 0.75″ gallery wrap.

How do I clean a canvas print?

If you accidentally spill something on your canvas, we recommend dabbing it with a moist cloth. Only rub if dabbing isn’t proving successful.

What is your refund policy?

We will replace the material or refund money in 3 to 4 working business days from the delivery date of the product.

Will you send me tracking information once my canvas has shipped?

Yes, we will send you a mail on registered email id.

How do I return a canvas piece that I don’t love?

We believe in 100% customer satisfaction. If you find a structural issue in your canvas print, like a loose or wavy canvas, any fading, scratches or bubbles or any other defect that seems disturbing, we will replace and fix the mistakes free of cost.

Can you fix my pixelated image?

Yes, we can use all our effect and filters at our disposal to reduce the pixilation in your image.

How do I change my shipping or billing address on my order?
